Enter the phone number, open the SMS link to view the login verification code and 2FA password. (Please do not request codes frequently. If risk control is triggered, you will need to wait 24 hours for TG to send a new code.)

Login must be done as follows, otherwise you will not receive the code:

1. Computer login (highly recommended, instant): Use the native client to log in

2. Mobile login: You can first try to receive the code using the official mobile app. If you cannot receive the code or an email prompt appears, it means your mobile client environment is under risk control. You must use a third-party client to receive the code.

Remember to log in on multiple devices yourself, as re-verification cannot be done later.

Things to do after logging in:

1. Change the two-factor authentication password

2. Bind your own email address

3. Log out other devices after 24 hours (There is a recent official bug where logging out devices may log you out as well. It is recommended to wait.)

If possible, rebind your own phone number, because the bound numbers are SMS verification numbers, and others may intercept the code to log in later. Only rebinding to your own phone number is the safest.

Please note: No matter how old the account is, after changing IP to log in, do not join many groups or send a large number of private messages to other users, as this may result in two-way blocking or direct account deletion.

To avoid being banned in the early stage, do not join any groups, add anyone, or proactively send messages to anyone for the first week to half a month. Keep the account on the device and use the same IP to nurture it. Otherwise, it will be quickly deleted by the system. It is recommended to use an account that is one year or older, as it will be much more durable.

 

About after-sales service:

Account numbers are only covered for the day of delivery if the number dies without receiving a code. If a code is received, it means the number was normal at the time. Subsequent abnormalities are due to the customer's personal device IP environment issues.
